On the Peleponnes close to the villages Kilada/ Kranidi and Ermioni- ca. 2.5 hours by car away from Athens-is the ‘villa at the sunny mountain’ at the mountainside with south exposure.
The view is over the olive groves in the valley, on the mountains in direction Kilada/ Kranidi and the ocean in the distance. In the darkness the view on the ocean full of sparkling lights is even more beautiful.
The villa is at the end of an access road with four vacation homes- all of them are positioned separated from each other without any traffic passing by caused by the dead end.
The plot owning a size of 4000qm is characterized by the villa as well as the large deck and the pool area. Underneath the long access with lockable entrance the huge garden with olive and orange trees, pine trees and several palm trees is located.
The living room with a stove as well as a couch-/ TV-corner is on the upper floor with high beamed ceilings- German channels are available. The open kitchen with a generous dining area for at least 6 persons is completely furnished and includes a dish washer besides a big refrigerator with separate freezer. The floor is completed with a bath room.
